Mike there's no doubt in my mind that this gun will be good at 100 yards for sure once I get the power up on the reg.  It's very likely this gun will like shooting slugs too because the barrel isn't choked and the SPA barrels in my experience with them so far are all fantastic barrels.  I think it's basically getting more velocity that'll do the trick.  I ain't really worried about shot count, as long as I can get a couple mags worth of shots when I'm out hunting I'll be happy

I wouldn't expect too many changes coming out of China on these. They have more of a "set it and forget it" culture. They're probably on to the "next best" new thing by now.

Well then, even SPA screwed the pooch on this one. The specs for the M16A on the Artemis website put weight at 2.5kg or 5.5lb....

They were much closer with the M16 at 3kg or 6.6lb. Mine came in at 6.4oz without LDC.

Mike should up date his website, 5lb is not even in the ball park.....

I agree. One of the selling points of the rifle is how light it is. If it doesn't really weigh 5lbs then dangit the description shouldn't say it does. It is glaring discrepancies like this that make me wonder about the integrity of some vendors, and frankly makes me very hesitant to buy from them or recommend them to others.

Unfortunately, many examples exist making your hesitation valid.

Three reasons I bought the M16. Advertised weight, regulated, side lever cocking. Only two of the three were true.

I will say, I wasn't blind to the weight discrepancy. Several sites, including artemis had the weight at 3kg. I knew it was a toss up as to what weight was correct, purchased anyway. I was just hoping Mike got it right.....

Any who called or emailed about more specs on our website were simply told we had "factory specs" but they rarely match up with real world numbers.

Weight, is usually not one of the specs they miss, but here we are.

No way to know, until they got here so I learned at the same time you all did.

Obvious, as other vendors had the same specs.

No doubt they can now be corrected.

This is one of the many reasons I only brought in a few to start with.

Could have been a train wreck.

Costs us all a bit extra to be the first.

In Europe, these started at 800 bucks USD, until the other dealers like me got their orders in.

I also knew the 25 would be popular and waited an additional 3-4 weeks to include those.

Then, after the second shipments vendors received, more can be ordered, streamlined and the cost is less in the simple fact that shipping together with larger containers costs much much less.

ALOT more to this than you would think.

Overall, very happy with the accuracy, fit and finish/build quality ect, but there is room for improvement.

Loose fasteners, reg adjustments, spring tension and the small things can all be reported and changed in future orders as long as we point them out.

I've asked for any issues to be brought to my attention, so if you have issues, even small ones, please snap a picture and email them to me.

We want to get another and much larger order on the way as soon as possible, but it is very important to have any and all issues no matter how small reported to the manufacturer.

Mike I'll email you a pic using the exploded view and explain which parts were loose in my trigger assembly.  Today I tried some longer shots with mine using the JSB 18.13's and I was very impressed of the accuaracy at longer distances, this gun is a real shooter.  Just put 5 JSB 25.35's through it a little while ago (got them from UPS today) and got 30-31fpe from them.  I know these will do much better with a little more push.

The inaccurate weight is still listed on your website (as of 10:08 PM EST).

And no offense, but the sales hype on your website like "Award Winning Service" (what award has your service won?) does not instill confidence. It gives your site the feel of a used car lot. I'm sure you work hard and want the best for your customers but there is no need for hype. Just keep it straight, keep it simple and honest. Provide great products, communication and service and word will spread and you will thrive, which we would all like to see you do.

Looking good Wayne, now everyone will want your junk gun...

I tried some different pellets in my .25 cal Dominator this afternoon with interesting results. The AA 25.39 pellets were one ragged hole at 35 yards which I had already tested. I tried some 31 gn Grizzly pellets and they did not shot very well, then moved to H&N Baracuda and was back to one ragged hole at 35 yards. Finally tried Crosman 27.8 gn pellets and they looked like a shotgun pattern. I did not change the scope settings from zero with the AA 25.39, and interestingly enough the 31 gn Cudas POI was the same as the AA at 35 yards.  Shooting the Cudas the rifle was producing right at 40 ft lbs, so I know it is capable of what you are looking for.

I am looking to get a minimum of 50 ft lbs out of mine, so like you, waiting on more regulator information. I have done full fills with my Dominator but the bigger lead holds me to about 3 1/2 9 shot mags before it falls off the regulator.

If your gun likes the Baracuda that is a great pellet,.....900 fps will give you the 50 FPE you looking for and that is a great combo,.....

also if she likes the Baracuda she should like the Baracuda Hunter too and that will give you the option when wanting to use hollowpoints for different type game.

Amazing shot string Wayne!  Decent power too.  I feel sorry for the critters.  You can shoot 44 of them now on one hunting trip.  Be careful not to run out of live targets to shoot

How effective is the LDC?  Is it as effective a Disco with a TKO (which is pretty quiet)?

Harry the LDC is louder than the Rocker1's and TKO's, it's right on the borderline of being backyard friendly, I'd like something quieter but for now it's going to be fine IMO, maybe eventually I'll get a better one.

If this rifle is advertised at 5 lbs but weighs 6.4, has anyone confirmed the very low advertised weight of a p15 @ 4.6 lbs?

My custom Marauder is 4.8 lbs,  and is a fully functional .25 caliber 19.5" barreled rifle. The thought of a 500$ rifle coming close to my weight amazes me but at the same time I have remained doubtful the weights were accurate knowing the extent of work I did to reduce all the weight on mine.
