Southern Indiana Fall Shoot? "HAVE TO CANCEL"
« on: August 29, 2017, 04:23:20 AM »
Everyone, I made a commitment to do an RC event earlier in the summer the same weekend as the shoot. I was reminded of the fact this weekend. I have to go. That means I can not do the shoot. I am very very sorry for this. The spring shoot is a go for sure. It is set in stone. I hope everyone that wanted to come understands and will still come to the spring shoot. It is going to be held the second weekend in april every year as long as I am alive.

Again I have to cancel the fall shoot.

Jimmy,

Sounds like a plan!  Lilly and I will be there, the Lord willing and the creek doesn't rise.  We had a grand time at your last one.  I finally got a FWB 300S to bring along with the Daisy girls.

I think Deer season opens the first Sat. in Oct. here in Indiana. So lets do it the last Sat. in Sept. September 30 and Oct 1st. I don't think we will hurt the shoot in SW Mo.
I will get the yard ready, Clean up the barn, and start spreading the word. Mark your calanders and get the word out. We will have a good time. I have a new happy Birthday, Marry Christmas, and every other  holiday I can think of present to me rifle to show off and let you guys shoot.
Don't forget if you have a pump rifle like the Daisy 853, Sheridan, and so on. Bring them. We are going to shoot some cans.
To those that didn't get to come to the spring shoot. Don't miss this one. Plenty of room to shoot, camp, set around, and just have a good time.
The shoot will start Friday evening, and run thru Sunday. You can show up anytime you want. I will be there Monday thru the end.
Here is the address:
2900 West county road 750 south
Commiskey In. 47227
I will put out signs this time. I forgot to in the spring. It isn't hard to find. But a few signs would have helped.
Let's make this happen.

I am NOT going to be able to have the fall shoot. I was just reminded I made a commitment to be at an event that weekend. I have to go. I will pm everyone that has posted on this thread letting them know. I am very sorry for my mistake. I will be more carefull in the future. The spring shoot is lock in stone unless I die this winter.

Very Very Sorry
