PaulGlad to help, I have used the automated dispute route and found it next to impossible to complete the process and have an actual dispute case opened up. So once I found the phone number that's how I contact eBay for any reason. Just prefer a live person to discuss my rights and further actions I need to take and what action they will take. Never have any issue or reason to appeal or be displeased with the way eBay handles the situation.Mike
Congrats Mark.... That's great for you. Some of the others.. not so much. The problem is, somewhere down the line someone is going to pay for this guy's scam. The more we buy into it, the more he gets away with. If that's ok with you, well, I guess it's ok.
So, how are you guys already getting refunds? When I spoke to eBay yesterday, I was told I had to wait 3 days to see if the seller responds to my request for a refund! He's not going to respond because he's already long gone on eBay, or more realistically scamming under a new user name! I'd like my money back so I can put it toward something else.
