How to make Hatsan 135 more quiet?

Hello guys,

I have Hatsan 135 SP in .25 cal,and it's powered on spring.
I would like to know is there any way for me to make it as quiet as possible and if so,how?
I heard for Vortex and gas piston,but does it really make it THAT quiet?

How willing are you to take your rifle apart and lube tune it?
My hatsan 150 which is also a .25 and spring powered is loud, I commited to taking it apart and found that it needs better lube and a new piston seal, during the firing cycle the piston has been ramming the end of the tube/ compression chamber end.
The seal is undersized and has gouges, which I suspected I would find.
I have deburred and polished and lubed a ruger air magnum and a xs-b25h, both of which are quieter during the firing cycle.
I'm sure others will pitch in and you'll have your answer.

Not much that you can do.........all those changes will be minor, but noticeable.  Even adding an air stripper(Hatsan makes a nice one) or a silencer will only have a moderate effect.  All these changes will be more noticeable "downrange".  From the shooter perspective they will be almost non-existent.  If you want real quiet, get a PCP.

Hi guys,and sorry for late answer.

@ AGEnthused I don't have knowledge about dissasembling air rifle,but i did found few videos on Youtube-are all air rifle's internals same or at least similar ,because i haven't find Hatsan dissasemble videos.

@ Yogi,I know about PCP rifles,but they are pretty expensive,and hard to find in Croatia,and ordering internationally would cost as much as gun itself.
I was thinking about getting a silencer (it's legal for airguns from where i live),but since i have Hatsan 135 SP,it has factory installed muzzle break,which i can't unscrew.
Here is how it looks like (picture below).
Is it even possible to unscrew it,or is it there for good?

Some of my spring piston air rifles had too much lube and others not enough, the rifles with too much lube would diesel when the grease was compressed to the point of combustion and this would cause very loud muzzle report. This has gone away with shooting these excessively lubed rifles, the rifles with too little lube made excessive spring noises, crunchy springs, and harsh, loud shot cycles.
So I haven't found very many resources for tuning hatsans. I have taken pictures of what the airgun looks like assembled and I hope to be able to get it back together.
My hatsan 150 is in pieces until I can find enough money to buy a vortex piston seal and spring for it. I have too many projects.

The photo is a picture of the piston and spring from the hatsan 150, I only took mine apart because I suspected my piston seal was damaged and it was.

To be honest,i haven't shoot too much with it,because i live in urban area,and only place i can shoot without breaking law is forest which is about cca. 6 miles from my home.
As for lube,i really can't tell,i think it has more then it has less.

The Hatsan 150 I have is from the torpedo series, Mine was only shooting 650 fps, the same pellets shot at 750 in my 125 vortex gas ram.
I don't remember how much I needed to shoot my hatsans before the dieseling stopped but it was probably around one tin of pellets at minimum.
If you see fire coming out of your barrel or smell burnt grease or oil that could be your problem. If you have a piece of clothe you don't mind sacrificing you could shoot into it and finding out how much your rifle is dieseling, I did that myself and I noticed a lot of burnt oil residue and oil in general.
