Alan, are the FX mounts windage adjustable as well or only elevation adjustable? I haven't used them on anything but thought they were elevation only.

I have found that after I adjust for moving out to 100 yards ... being zeroed for 50 yards ..... if I have to move the windage at all, it is just a few clicks away from adjustment. The best advantage of any adjustable mount, is that you are always using your scope almost perfectly centered. Many shooters trying to "click" there way into zero, run their scopes too much toward the top end range of their horizontal adjustment, causing the scope to be very unstable from shot to shot .... changes in POI occur, causing groups to spread out and your zero not holding.Pappy / Allan
