Half their riffles aye? So what's the point of this thread other than getting your rant out?
Oh, just curious if you were going anywhere with this. Not sure if they keep an eye on this forum over at Hatsan though, you might have better luck reaching them sending them an email instead.Sorry you're having a bad experience with them anyway, better luck next time!
I wish you guys would quite complaining! If Hatsan thought it was a wise business move they would improve QC. They are perfectly happy having 3-4% returns. In just about all cases the replacement(or final solution) is a success. Yes hoops have to be jumped through... Remember you are getting, in most cases, a quality gun at cheap prices. Then you go to the "specials page" or get refurbished even cheaper and complain, complain. In most instances you get what you pay for or a bite more.Even new Weirhauch's and Air Arms costing 2 to 5 times as much benefit from "smoothing the rough edges out".They are imperfect mechanical contraptions, if you don't like it, play laser tag.Sorry for my rant,Yogi
All I'll say about their springers (and Vortex guns) is that you get a lot for your money. If it fails, it seems to do it real soon. Their customer service replaced my 95QE quickly and the replacement had the best looking piece of walnut I've seen on any gun under $500.About QA... I'll just point my finger at FX. There's no question they make superb airguns. And there's also no question there's a lot of buzz about the Impact and lately their Streamline having some quality assurance problems. If one of the top dawgs is dealing with QA issues, how can we expect a lower-end airgun to do without?
