OK it has taken me a little time to get my review of Lee's Custom PRod Stock posted as I did not have the time to test it out to see how the PRod shot with the new hardware.

First off is I cannot state highly enough to the quality of the work and design that went into this collapsible PRod stock. The design and workman ship was superior.

As with any new product the 1st ones made always has ideas from the new owners on a few improvements that can be done or options that can be added, which of course is the same with this product. One suggestion was that the cheek riser was too high and Lee is making a new lower one for future stocks. Another issue was that the cheek riser would slide back and forth and not stay in one place. The new cheek riser will be made different so that it will have tension on it to reduce it from moving. The stock is pretty rigid but to be honest it does have a little movement that is only noticeable by picky shooters like myself LOL. Lee is going to be offering a 2nd smaller optional front mounting block to reduce that issue. The only other thing I found was that the butt plate was not long enough, remember I am picky and was the only one of the 1st 10 to mention this. So I added a piece of wood to the butt plate to see how it felt. Well in my opinion by being 1" longer made it much more comfortable to shoot. One huge improvement from the AR Buttstocks that have been available with custom adapters is that the plastic feeling on your cheek and the wobbling is gone. This collapsible stocks are rigid and comfortable to shoot!

Lee did listen to all of the 1st 10 to receive his new stock and is making all needed improvements to make a great product even better!!

OK now to the pictures! You will notice this collapsible stock is mounted on a very modified PRod. It is a 25 Caliber Double Tube version custom built By Lloyd at Airgun Lab and myself

1st two picture are basic pictures of the stock on my PRod





next 2 pictures show how I installed a shaft collar with a thumb screw to lock it in place. The new cheek riser should not need this but if it does slide a little you can add this modification.





Last picture shows how I added a wood block to the butt plate which IMO made it more comfortable to shoot. This may be just the way the gun fits me and may not be needed by anyone else.
