UH-Linkie? Knife
No room, gotta remove ldc. It takes a matter of seconds with no point of impact change whatsoever.

Same issue with the adapter on ebay. I think if it was just a 1/4" or so longer, the cap could come off. Maybe Gen II?

I like the OEM cap better too, but it beats having to take the LDC off every time you fill. The more you take it on and off, the more chance you have of buggering one of the threads
I did see those adapters on the fleabay but wanted aluminum and not steel, so I had my own made at work, but again, the threads on it felt like it may be cutting into the threads of the ldc and I didn't want to chance that. This new aluminum one that's been anodized threads butter-smooth. Taking the ldc off doesn't bother me as I thought it would. If I had POI change then that'd be a no-go for me and I would have stayed with my Rocker1 ldc as you don't have to remove it to fill. It's been great but I like the Sumo on it better and it performs better.
