Those are awesome!! I just ordered my first air gun which is the 1377. I can't wait to start the mods on it. Where do you get all the parts from?
I see we need to go down this road again, part of the attraction to this gun for me was cost effectiveness, ability to be modded to whatever I wanted, and the fact that they bothered to keep it mostly produced in this country. Suggesting that Crosman really needs to produce upgrade parts and job it out to china is total BS and would have caused me by a different gun. Why are you so stuck on us not having any manufacturing jobs left here? I see by the first line your intent was to hi-jack this thread and hope those watching take both your post and mine down immediately as I will not stand by and allow you to try and corrupt everything that resembles an American made product for those of us who want to continue to buy them. You know as well as I, I will go the distance on this argument, so before you post anymore outdated irrelevant videos on the steel industry from the 1970's, take it down yourself and allow the rest of us to enjoy a decent Mostly made in US airgun without this petty nonsense.
All I am trying to get you to do is argue this perspective in an appropriate setting, hi-jacking a thread devoted to a product I am fairly certain you don't even currently own doesn't seem to be the one. From an American standing up for Americans,to an "American" who continuously stands up for china. The carbine stock is made here and there is no reason you couldn't have suggested a addition to the product line that didn't involve farming out the labor, moreover I don't think it was coincidence your timing in bringing this up. Again my apologies to all affected by this , the guns posted here are all excellent and I hope this thread can continue uninterupted.
Here's Mine.
