 I LOVE mine.

 It is a great little pesting and target shooting gun.
 Mine is now a Low Pressure, Bottled PCP conversion, wearing a Mac-1 LDC and a Beautiful camo job done by our very own GTA member, ... Mr. "Shadow".
 Accuracy / Consistency is quite impressive and it is VERY effective on rabbit, GS, ECD's out to 100yds.

I've ordered the CO2 version, but Mike's at a gun show until Monday.

He asked me to call him on Monday to talk about "setting it up." I assume he means to adjust it for FPS/FPE.

If so, I'm figuring 625 FPS for a 14.3-14.6 grain pellet would be about perfect.

Does this sound reasonable?

That should get you a respectable shot count. As with mine, I think Ron has the GenI. These had a controversial issue with the after market air tube fitment. But it is and always has been one of my favorite guns. You're gonna love it.

Got one of the Gen1 when it first came out. Mine came with 2 caliber barrels and both shoots to where I aim it. I am waiting on Mike's shipment on the long tubes for double the bulk fill capability on this fine CO2 shooter.

I just took delivery of one last week in .22. Love this gun. Mike tuned it for power but not too much power. He can tune it up to around 750fps but your shot count will suffer. Mine is tuned for around 680 with 14.7 grain pellets and delivers just under 16fpe. With that power I get about 50 shots at power using two 12 gram Co2 cartridges. I love that the tune doesn't cost extra with the XS60c.

One thing Mike mentioned is that the bleeder cap is threaded counter clockwise, so pay attention or you may loose all your gas. If you search the net, there is a replacement cap without the bleeder for about $23. It is supposed to also fix any leaking issues the first gens had.

Sounds very cool. 680 fps with a 14.7-grain pellet is more than enough for what I'm looking for. No hunting. I just want to make those metal spinners react and aluminum cans jump.

I actually like the bleeder  I shoot a Fusion at a silhouette shoot.  After 40-50 targets, I put one new cartridge into the rifle.  II do not want to lose accuracy shooting it empty.  Just take the me to learn how it works.

How consistent are the shots?  Are they pretty much all on target from first to when the power really starts to drop (someone mentioned 50 shots)?

I'm searching for a nice CO2 rifle, but really don't want to tinker with it, I just want it to shoot properly out of the box.

Both my Fusion and FD-PCP are accurate through their fill. The Fusion up to 50 shots and the FD-PCP for 25 both at 650 fps.

Actually the PCP version does quite well as a bulk fill co2.  Likelybecasue the PCP version made to run from 1500 to about 800PSI for a good shot string, and co2 pressure happenens to fit right in there on a typical warm day. 
 
Been awhile, but I did test my .22 version both ways. To be fair, had ben working on lowering the power of the rifle, hunting for 20 foot
pounds /20 shots inside of 4% as a PCP (and missing that in this state of tune, more like 19 shots/ 19 foot pounds...but I got it sorted out).





Shot on air for 20 shots, then emptied and teathed to a co2 tank for 20 shots.



I'd not want to hunt with a theathered rifle, all I wanted to see what how well it would do on co2.

With a little adjusting, a lighter striker, and a whole lot of experimentation, can get the .22 PCP version to do 20 foot pounds for 20 shots with 4% velocity variation...but it will want heavier pellets to do it.  Pretty sure some valve work and/or some type of debouncer would improve that, but that was my goal.

I also never fill it past 1500psi and have worked on getting it down in power to reach that shot count.  As issued, would make something like 27 foot pounds, but only 6 or 7 shots inside of 4%.

The co2 test being tethered was kind of a "cheat"....velocity isn't going to vary very much until the temperature drops, and with a whole lot of co2 to tap shots from, it tends to stay temp stable for a long time. Each shot you take lets co2 self-cool to a lower temp...but when you have 20 ounces of co2 in the system...even shooting fast...takes much more than 20 rapid shots to notice the effects.

I have two xs60c Gen 2 PCPs both in .22 caliber.  One Mike set up for power putting out 48 fpe with 32.4 gr Eujin pellets 7 good shots between 850 high and 835 fps low. I've only shot it out to 50 yds quarter group from a rest. Starting pressure 1850 ending pressure 800 psi about 45 strokes with a hand pump. The second one Mike setup for shot count 25 good shots 750fps average with a 14.3 gr. pellet 1500 psi fill down to 800 psi about 30 strokes. I have since adjusted this up to 885 average fps 15 shots 1500 psi to 800 psi fill same 14.3 gr pellets most accurate .22cal rifle I have .5'' groups at 30 yds from a rest no problem. I don't do much plinking with these anymore mostly hunting but have put more than 2000 rds each thru them with no issues.
