Looks pretty sweet I'm afraid it'd be too small for me. Both wheels drive though, that's awesome.

 I see it as a handy survival item perhaps, but I could rocket up the trails with my dirt bikes, that he had to use that as a ladder to climb

It's called the Tarus 2x2. It weighs about 110 lbs, has a 2 stroke engine, and has a top speed of about 40 mph. It's not in production yet, but the blueprints/specs sheet can be bought for about $37 (they'll be in Russian). The production bike will cost about $1000 USD in Russia, probably more in the US.

Didn't know they were still made.
