Taipan Mutant/Veteran owners quuestion

Would you prefer it or like it more if it was offered as a carbine or full traditional rifle?

I bought mine specifically because it is a short bullpup! The answer is no, I do not prefer the Mutant (Shorty) in any form other than a bullpup.

I like it just the way it is!  That's not to say Tauman couldn't design a nice carbine or semi-bullpup around the mutant action.  That might be kinda cool actually...

They shoot the way they do BECAUSE of being a bull pup having the scope rails firmly attached at two places mid length on the barrel. This adds rigidity and alignment of the scope barrel connection that you would loose if a rifle configuration .... IMO
