It has never moved on my HW97 or TX200.  The mount actually has two locking pins instead of the normal one, I assume to line up with holes on RWS recievers.

Why not just get the RWS Lock Down Mount?  I don't get why anyone would want a converter and then Weaver rings, just seems like more screws to work loose.

I own a couple of HW's that require a drooper Mount and I use the RWS lockdown. Clean and simple. They don't move. Even with the stop pins removed.  Just make sure there's enough mounting length on the scope because the RWS lockdown Mount is a little longer. It requires I think four and three-quarters inches of tube length between the flares.  Keep in mind also that the lockdown Mount is high, so a 50 millimeter objective or 50 millimeter objective we'll look the best. There will be about three sixteenths of an inch clearance between the objective and the gun. I use a Hawke sport IR 4 - 12 by 50 with both of my RWS lock down mounts.
