So I'm considering getting one of these regulators from eBayhttps://www.ebay.com/itm/162104913497 Does anyone has one in a gen2 marauder .22? What is the best pressure to have it at?

What is the best pressure to have it at?I have one in my .22 cal Armada. Same action as the Marauder. The best set point depends on what you want to do with the gun and what other mods have been done. I have a Tim Hill valve, light weight hammer, gauge block etc... The TP port is .161 and the barrel has been drilled to match. I have my Audrius reg set at approx. 95 bar. Getting 70+ shots @ 30fpe per fill with JSB 18.13's.
These look like decent regs, I've been checking them out, I thought thats the kind that you had Terry but what I'm wondering is how good they'd be for something like the .25 Mrod, they do have a larger plenum and it doesn't look like this reg will go as high in pressure like I would like. I'm sure the Huma would however they're quite a bit more in price than the Adrius.
I have used several and no problems do wish they would have one with a gauge port. David

If I'm not mistaken the reg takes up space in the air tube. If they had a gauge port you could take the existing gauge block out and replace it with the reg and reinstall the gauge without losing any tube capacity.
What benefit does using the gauge block have vs not using it? Is it just to know where it's set at pressure wise and make adjustments easier since it just shows regulated pressure or am I missing something. Trying to figure out this regulating thing, so much information out there.

Stock gauge port on the left. Tim Hill's gauge port on the right.

Could I just take the block to a machinist and have him bore out the material with out having to spend more money with the new block?

There is a boss inside that is threaded for the gauge so the hole would have to be bored off center. Beyond what I have the capability to do but it has been done by many that have the equipment/skill to do it. I just ordered one and called it good.

I understand you installed the whole hill tune into you're rifle right?
