A nice DIY weekend project

Just wanted to share a couple DIY weekend projects that has made air gunning more fun for me.

Springer shooting rest (works for any rifle).
Base: W 10.5” x 6.5” x .5”
Height: 10”
Roller channel base height: 7” with 2.375” of adjustability.
Roller internals are a deconstructed paint roller handle and a new 12”x .250” steel rod threaded on each end to ¼-20. I made 2 off-set nylon bushings for each end for spacers (the depths are different on each end of the roller). Finish the wood with the sealer of your choice.

8 ½” x 11” Target holder.
6’ x 3/8” steel rod.
4pcs. : 2”x2”x1” Hardwood of your choice. Finish with the sealer of your choice.
Cut rod 2x pieces 26” long and taper one end.
Cut rod 2x pieces 10” long.
Target supports: Drill 4x holes 5/8”-3/4” deep in each wood block.
Target posts: Drill 2x holes in the top wood blocks 1” deep.
Drill 2x holes in the bottom wood blocks through the whole block.

Assemble and enjoy!!!

I like both ideas.  I may have to fabricate a roller-rest (you should hurry up and patent it... seriously!) of my own.
