I'm very tempted to purchase one. EBay will protect you if it's &^^& or doesn't show up and if it happens to actually be decent you have a great deal there. That seller does have zero feedback though...

Well for 70 bucks I took the chance and ordered one in 110 volt so well see if its to good to be true. I noticed they only had 4 available with one sold and now two sold.

I figure even if its a return or blemished model for 70 bucks I can afford to rebuild it twice or more and still be way ahead. it should be the first week in june so will update when it arrives.

When I ordered mine it showed 4 available with 1 sold so I bought the second of the 4 available. Mine is showing shipped as of now with a 10 to 25 day arrival or June 1st to 6th time frame. I have already had a message from the seller letting me know the status.

I have one concern though in that the add states " high pressure hand pump 31MPA 310Bar 4500 PSI for air rifle PCP airgun " so it kind of makes me think of a bicycle type "hand" pump but it shows very clearly in the pics it is a electrical operated compressor. I thought I put a message in the purchase to send a 110 volt model but there is no message in the PP transaction. I replied to there message about it but have not heard back yet.

Just hope its what's in the pictures not the description or it will get sent back for a refund since already have a hand pump.
I will keep up to date.

If it's not a compressor you should be covered under "significantly not as described" as the pictures and the description in the body of the listing is for a compressor.  The only issue may be shipping back to China so that you can get your refund. 

I don't know the details but there's a trade agreement with China where they can send stuff to U.S. for $1 but U.S. to China has not discount and may be very expensive.

I have been told just recently that ebay requires sellers to pay for return shipping. I have had 2 problems in the past couple of months that involve overseas purchases. The first was my drop down adapter I bought. Was told by seller that it could not come back due to customs would never allow it back into Indonesia. But seller offered 1/2 my money back. The problem was in the threads being wrong. All I had to do was find a machine shop to repair them. So I got $70 back and cost me $20 at the shop. So that was great.
The second is a scope I just bought a few weeks ago. Came in and could not get it to sight in. Tried to adjust and run out of turns....lol So I sent the seller a message and have had a big run around with them. It turns out though that it was the cheap pot metal mounts they sent was the biggest problem. I let them know that but they kept insisting I send them a video of the problem. I had already sent them a link to one I found on youtube that was the exact problem I had, but that was not good enough. So the ebay time went by on the case to where I could ask ebay to step in to help resolve the issue. After that, they replied back with 2 options and one was 1/2 my money back, which I am waiting on now and I can close the case. The other option was for me to find the cheapest shipping option for them and they send me the money to ship back and when they get it they would give a refund. Not likely as we have the ITAR rules/law that govern exports out of the U.S. And scopes fall under that,  as are considered small arms items and are controlled so it would be most likely the scope would never get back to them. I only paid $55 for the scope and 1/2 back will be fine. It is 6-24X50 with side parallax adjustment. They are listed on ebay as a M4 SBEDAR scope and average price about $60-70. Just another knock off scope but is not bad for the price.
So if it turns out it is not the electric pump as described, Ebay will help you. So either the buyer has to pay for the shipping back or you may get to keep and get at least 1/2 your money back if decide to keep and not to try and ship because there is always a chance they will never receive it and may try not to refund. You then may end up waiting a long time to get all your money back, that is unless your credit card company can help.

I understand that if it is not as described I can get my money back since it clearly shows a electric compressor not a hand pump. If its not as described then I will request a refund and they can send a return label.

I had not heard about any deal for cheaper shipping for them but I don't doubt it exist knowing how things work in trade agreements.

Just need to wait and see when I hear more from the seller.

I have never had any issue that eBay did not resolve to my satisfaction in a dispute but truthfully only have had two in 11 years of being a member. I have not heard about the buyer having to pay postage for a item not as described so will find out if the need arises. If its a hands pump and I get half back I can easily recoup the 35 bucks I am out by selling the pump. I feel good that it is as pictured.

My only issue is when I left a massage in the PP transaction to send the 110 volt model it showed no message was in the PP transaction when I received the email confirmation from PP. So if its wired for 220 volts when it gets here I will need to get it rewired for 110 volts but that's no reason to return or refund my PP but rather just provide a pic or instruction to correct it to 110 volts.

If you are shipping via container ship, US to China is way cheaper than China to US. Otherwise return shipping is high because you are a low volume consumer. Trade agreements don't really factor into UPS or FedEx proces too much.


I hate to say it but for $70 and with that description I would be expecting a hand pump. Descriptions generally are more reliable than pictures. Good luck and see if you can message the seller. Better for everyone to find out before it ships.

If you do end up that situation I would love to take the l pump off your hands for $35

Ken, that is yet to be decided. I got the new pump in with a higher flow rate and got it hooked up. Does have a little more flow and helped a little but not much. I bought a larger tub, 78 litre or rather a 20 gallon tub, filled to about 65% and I place 3 2-litre bottles full of water frozen in the tub to chill it down and it still runs hot. I had emailed Joan again and her response was it could run 80C in the summer and was ok to run that high. The instruction book says 70C and she said they say that for safety. It still is no problem to top off a tank but about the max run time is 3 minutes before I shut it down because it will be at 65C by then. I changed my oil for the first time a couple days ago and it was BLACK, or rather as close as you could tell. I had the ChemLube 751 in it and it turned black and my total run time is probably not over 15-20 minutes since I first turned it on. All the videos I have seen on the pump, they show it running for 30 minutes or longer. It probably did have oil residue left in that they had put in that I could not get out, but the change in color of the 751 was gradual. So as long as I am just topping off my guns it is fine as it only takes a minute to do it. If anything changes I will let everyone know on here. Maybe there is something wrong with mine that does not let the water flow through where it is suppose to. Guess I will learn more when it breaks down. But for now it is still pumping.

Oh, got my new filter in today. I ordered the $60 one and it got here sooner than expected. Heavy little bugger. I guess it already has a filter in it and came with a spare set. Anyone have the link for the correct spares to buy for it? I tried searching on there but was unsure about which ones it is.

Yea I thought the same thing after I paid for it and read the title closer so I did message the seller about it as well but have not heard back yet so hopefully they will respond with the info on if its a hand pump or compressor. For me its bad business to show a pic of the item in the ad as one thing when in fact it is something else. The eBay page does not ever show or allude to a hand pump other than the title so its a toss up as to which it is. But the fact that the seller has 0 feedback I would think selling a incorrect description of the item is not a good way to start off with eBay or the buying public. I know a satisfied customer tells a few people but a dissatisfied customer everyone they can so its best to not be vague in your descriptions and pics of what you are selling.

I will keep you in mind if it ends up being a hand pump.

So now we see another way our corrupt DC bends us over once again. If small business operated like our govt does we would have no place to buy anything locally since they would all close the doors in a very short time. So much for fair trade and commerce.

Computer batteries 😳 Interesting. I don't have my packing slip. Wish I had it now to tell you.
