thats AWESOME , waiting 3 weeks to process an exchange sounds like a policy encouraging you to take a refund instead.. 3 weeks was nothing 25 yrs ago when I ordered slingshots  from a catologue But nowadays 5 days is too long lol

ahahahaa, I agree ..I order everything priority mail, ship everything priority mail and have an overnight coming from UPS today..Even walmart now has 2 day shipping for free on their website.. Cant wait till an amazon drone brings me pellets.

I even asked PA if it would go any quicker if I delivered it in person and they said only as far as shipping goes. It would still take 2-3 weeks to ship a new one.

Really sorry to hear of your problem with the Kral. I've been thinking about getting one. If I do I don't think it'll be from PA if it takes 3 weeks to exchange a defective one! Maybe they are out of stock on your model? If that's the case they should have explained that that was the case, then it would make some sense. Good luck with the new one!

Is there a breech oring that may have fallen out or torn?  Lack of velocity and accuracy sounds like a breech oring.

It's all boxed up now, so I can't check on anything else. I need to get it into a drop station for Fedex.
We'll see how long the refund takes compared to them shipping out a new rifle.

My Kral Mega Puncher broke too, after 350 shots. The cocking-trigger-safety locked up. I had other problems with theKral: The fill probe would not make a good seal when filling, and the magazines would not always index properly. 

Sent it back to PA, who were very responsive to my problem.

 Im having issues also aaarrggghhhh. Im trying to sort them out but the quality of the build is pretty bad to be honest and I might have to make a new pressure tube as its thin in a critical area. Im pulling the barrel to cut a new lead as of now it couldnt hold any type of pattern at 35 yards with 5 different pellets. Also the scope rail is so low even high rings are to short to get a good eye window without having my head in a awkward position. I ordered extra high rings and they should be here wednesday. Mine is the not so silent marine version.

I have no idea. I didn't see anything indicating PA when I was on AD's site. And am too new to this to be in the know of who owns who.

Hopefully they don't have the same 2-3 week policy, but if my new Kral has problems... or isn't as accurate as my first one was, I won't be replacing it. Which is really a shame. For the first 7-8 magazines I wondered if I'd ever shoot my Talon SS again. The gun fit me perfectly and I loved everything about it.

I did have to tap one of the magazines a couple times to get the last couple rounds to index, but I figured that was normal, or just not getting that first pellet in exactly right.

 This thing is giving me *(&^ to take apart as they used large amounts of green lock tight on all the bolts and shroud.....I still havent been able to budge barrel set screws even with heat. I did get shroud off and that was no easy doing. Ill keep at it and hopefully sort out this pup.

I really like fixing things myself, but am so new to airguns I don't want it to go boing when taking things apart. If it was a firearm I'd be much more comfortable.

Hopefully ,any issues can be chalked up to growing pains . I would imagine PA or AD placed orders for large quantities of rifles and some QC issues are bound to come up.
The new tube issue that Travis mentions is not so confidence inspiring though.
