Received my pump today. The box was partially open when the FEDEX guy left it at my door and I was concerned that some pieces might be missing, but inspection revealed everything was there and in good shape. I wanted to try it out so I screwed in the air gauge and attempted to connect the pump to one of my disco rifles. I immediately found out that the female quick disconnect on the pump hose would not fully engage. I tried it on a couple of other rifles and it just wouldn't work. The problem was that the female disconnect would not allow the male adapters on the rifles to fully engage and lock into place. I went through my spare parts bin, found a replacement female disconnect and installed it on the pump hose. The hose now properly connected to all my rifles

My P-rod only had 1000 psi so I decided to fill it to 3000. The pump functioned smoothly and perfectly and in no time the P-rod was sitting right at 3000 psi. The gauge on the pump read 2800 psi but I went with the gauge on the P-rod. I was very impressed with how smooth and efficient the pump functioned, definitely filled the rifle quicker than my Air Force and Benjamin pumps do. As one of the other members mentioned, the manual has pretty good pictures but the English instructions are a little weird due to the screwed up English, but it's not a big deal as the pump itself is very simple and easy to disassemble and work on. The included "rebuild kit" seems to have all the parts you'll need to rebuild it if you find it necessary.

I am really happy with this pump. For $72 bucks I think it's a heck of a deal

I was really impressed with how much faster this pump aired up my P-rod than my other 2 pumps. My other pumps work well but I really have to say I like this one much better

I can't honestly say how efficient the "air filter" on the pump is, but I like the fact that it has one and that is comes with all those extra filters too.

I'm really happy with this purchase

After some brief research, I found this pump in a chinese website for 30 bux. That means they are at least making 75% prifit since they can ship these in cargos which are fairly cheap. So they are making about 20 bucks a pump and lots of people are buying them.

Since the quick release on mine wasn't working, I ordered some BSPP parts but only to find out that they do not work.

If you are planning to replace the quick release adapter, it is a BSPT adapter, not a BSPP one. The tapered shape will not work with any Air Venturi quick release adapters.

I am ordering a $10 (including shipping) BSPT male to BSPP female adapter to make it work. So the $72 pump just became a $100 one factoring in the quick release adapter itself and the thread adapter.

I also found out why the quick release (foster) mechanism wasn't working. The placement of the ball bearings was all over the place, a few were too far back to fit the notch on the male adapter. Very sloppy work there

Yes and no. Yes, the quick release portion is easy to replace, Air Venturi markets some, and paint ball supplies have some, too. However, almost all American quick release adapters use BSPP threading. The pump, being Asian made, uses BSPT threading. So you will need an BSPT female end BSPP male end adapter to make use of all the quick release adapters.
