Bought a P-rod ....long story short...after about 100 shots on each P-rod, the 1st stage of the trigger started to disappear. After another 2 or 3 shots, the P-rod would fire at the far end of the trigger stroke. Then, #1 would not fire at all. #2 fired really late in the stroke, and I swear it fired with no trigger movement at the end of the pull.
I sent the 1st one back. I'm sitting on the 2nd...frustrated!
Is this something simple and common? Very disappointing.... If don't get good answers, I may just send it back to PA and pre-order the Kral Puncher Breaker.25 for another $100 and change.
Awwwwwwwh!

I recently put a Prod trigger group on my 2250. I had the same problem and finally the second stage adjustment screw fell out. I replaced it and now it works flawlessly.

I remember in your last thread about your first Prod, many of us have already told you the solution, which is to loctite the two adjustment screws in the trigger. It's a simple process and only takes about 5 minutes. Without loctite, pretty much every Prod will have this issue.

Yup adjustment Grub screws on trigger blade lacking a loc-tite product on threads allowing free rotation to happen.

Thanks Motorhead!
Lordsinvincible, I do remember mention of the problem and solution. However, I didn't realize that it was systemic. Obviously they are not Six Sigma at Crosman. Thanks for the response.
