   You might try Mike Melick @ Flying Dragon, ask for TF99 or QB36 main spring.  Some of the European outfits may be able to help.  Krale currently lists the Hammerli so maybe they could get parts.  If you still have the old spring James Maccari might be able to fix you up:

Good luck.  I had one of these, it was called the Tech Force 99 (from now defunct Compasseco).  I was early into the hobby and got rid of it.  Regret it now as it was a hard shooter and built like a tank.  Btw, if you can get the Maccari spring it will likely last 5 times longer than any OEM spring you find.
