Lots of typing, no Chrony results?!?!? You do realize OTHER people here are still waiting, right? The P12 is on a short-list of potential next purchases for me, along with the Orion BP and the Kral Puncher Breaker shrouded (they need to work on their names). I'm torn between .22 and .25, but for my needs and the power levels all three bullpups can produce, a .22 is plenty and cheaper to shoot.

I think it's around $500+ shipped, on sale right now IIRC.
Ok Ok...bowing to the pressure, I was able to put a few rounds across the Chrony late this afternoon and the initial results (ta daa...) are that the P12 is going to make 45 ft lbs and that is about all without working on the transfer port and other transgressions. I plan to do more testing tomorrow, but my initial few test shots showed the max velocity I could get with the Monsters with my currently modified (2 coil shortened stiff spring) was 900 fps. I suspect that with an unmodified stiff hammer spring that might be extended to maybe 47 ft lbs but probably no more. Short of the 50 ft lbs I had hoped she could do, but more testing on the way. Just remembered that I did install the MrodAir hammer de-bounce kit and it did make a little difference in the power the gun was making. I may remove that tonight to see what difference that will make on overall power tomorrow.Tomorrow I will test the other pellets and provide a follow up to see if the gun just doesn't like the Monsters or if that is really all she's got. The P12 is still a powerful, versatile .22 cal in stock form
