Some help with Cometa Lynx V10 Shroud Adapter

Hi,

I own 5.5mm Cometa Lynx V10 MK2. I usually shoot at my weekend house but there its a lot of mountains and when I shoot there is huge echo of each shot and there are some houses around so I'm worried people don't really like it. Now I  was thinking to silence down the rifle using a moderator/suppressor and since Lynx already has a thread on the barrel I know I could fit it there. However I would hate to ruin the nice looks of the rifle with the shroud, so I was thinking more like getting a front-end cap that would allow me to mount suppressor / moderator on the shroud it self, something like : www airgunbuyer.com/details.asp?cat=Accessories&SubCat=Daystate%20Accessories&Product=2775 OR www kineti-tech.com/1-2-x-28-threaded-accessories-shroud-front-cap/. I just have no idea if any of those two would fit???

I measured the current cap and it has 28mm diameter. The shroud it self is 30mm but inside only 27mm. Also I'm not sure if the air stripper inside shroud would be holding suppressor and shroud? Would it be risky? I love this rifle, the accuracy, shot count every thing is just awesome!!! I shoot from 75-110m and I got to say I was shocked how well this rifle performs for the price. Its however my first PCP. Coming from Hatsan 125 =).

I got custom made one from PCPTunes. It was costy but works. It was also for nothing of sorts, Debien suppressor comes with 4 adapters and you can mix 2 adapters and fit it to the shroud directly. The suppressor uses same diameter tube 30mm outside /28mm inside so you use their adapter 28x1 UNF-> 20x1/2 UNF and then 20x1/2 UNF to Suppressor (28/1 UNF).

Can post some pics if anyone else interested. The rifle is very silent now and I'm satisfied. The shroud + suppressor do make it very long though.

Nice! Take some pictures of the setup when you got the time. I have been satisfied with my mkii but the trigger was a bit struggle to adjust, had to change the set screws and polish the tension spring etc. But otherwise the rifle is excellent value for the money!

Sorry for late response ^^. I made some pics sadly not for the adapter but both suppressor and adapter together, looks bit too long, but its very quiet! Will make a pic only of adapter one day!

My rifle did develop leak at tank now so I'm very depressive now :/
