Think to make Webly fans happy, would think of these in two groups. Older rifles were UK made, first as 2-shot repeaters and then as 10 shot. Were some shrouded versions made but most seen here are threaded for a muzzle attachment rather than shrouded.
Then Webly started having them made by Hatsan. Not sure when that happened, but as Chamber's has two parts diagrams, one PRE 2006 and one POST 2006, am going to guess 2006. Not bad rifles, function like the UK versions (including the odd bolt placement).
That odd bolt is also the safety (if locked down at the rear of the bolt cycle). That's all well and good, but if you chamber a pellet and then want to open the bolt to go to safe, are going to double load when you close the bolt again, so also remember to pluck out the magazine when it's on safe.
Have posted about a 5mm Hatsan/Raider version, pretty sure a search will pull up a lot of old posts. No complaints about functioning or accuracy, the Hatsan trigger system adjusts easily, and it's not given me any trouble over the years.
Visually, if you were to compare a UK and a HATSAN made version side by side, the only visual difference would be the typical Hatsan AT44 type receiver used.
They are short, but they're heavy. The UK version was published as being lighter (never had one on a scale, but it felt lighter as I remember it). Was never going to make a lite-weight out of mine, so went ahead and used a heavy scope (needed to use it somewhere, and putting it on a lite-weight seemed counter productive).
Either version runs about 164cc's of volume, so there aren't going to be a boat-load of good shots at US speeds (better shot count at 12 foot pounds, but US shooters like "mo'power"). They don't seem to lead themselves real well to hot rodding to super high power
Stock kind of thick at the forend, but handles nicely enough.

Thanks Ribbonstone. What about accuracy out to 100 yards? In the 22 version. Most of my shooting is at 65-80 yards. Banded doves and starlings. I see Airguns of Arizona has these on sale for $300 and that is about my upper limit for an air rifle.
Thanks again! Seems like a nice rifle.

Even the US market versions are generally delivered giving energies in the low 20's (pretty darned close to the advertised numbers).
Did tune my 5mm a bit, but 20-25 foot pounds is about right for a 13.4 - 14.3gr. pellet. Tried at higher power were not a great success; the shout count fell disproportionately lower as energy rose (basically, became a real air-hog as speed increased).
This isn't what I would have expected from a Hatsan made rifle...but then again, it's a UK design that was set up with the UK 12 foot pound limit in mind.
So I don't really know how fast a .22 version could be tuned...or how much power you'd need to feel comfortable.
Just looked at AoA...looks like .177 is what they have on sale. I'm not opposed to .177's, with the heavier weight pellets now available (the 13.4 and 16.2 JSB's are a good bet).
