2400KT likes JSB Jumbo pellets

I took the KT out yesterday to sight it in at 18 yards, based on Chairgun Pro zero optimization. I was having all kinds of problems with same pellets that it liked in my basement range at 10m, except for the JSB Jumbo 15.89 pellets. I got rained out before finishing up, but on the way home i thought about how heavy the trigger was. So this morning I removed 1-1/2 coils from the spring, and adjusted it for the pull that I wanted. I ran a small test with three pellets, and the JSB's performed best. Then I did a full sheet of 30 shots to validate it. The oddballs occurred when the CO2 cartridgoe got low and needed changing. Then it was right back on target. Now I need to get it back outside and zero it at 18 yards.

My Sheridan 2260MB loves both 15 and 18 grain JSB's, they are high quality pellets.

Yea, mine likes a lot of pellets, but it's favorite are the JSB 18s. I have a power adjusted on the back and have it set quite low. I think I'm getting 32 shots on target on that setting. What is the barrel length on yours?

I got the 18" barrel to get the most velocity from the gun.

Ok, mines got the 14" barrel, but with the shroud it goes out to 19". I just paid for a chrony on the yellow for $39, waiting to get it. We can compare numbers once it arrives. I can't wait till it arrives this thing is gonna keep me busy.

5.53 are the only size I buy. It's the mid size of the group, and almost envy gun in my inventory likes them...some more than others.

In my PRod there was a very noticable improvement with the 5.54 over the 5.53. It also shot JSB's like a shotgun. 🤔
