Hello,
I recently purchased a .25 SPA P10 from Krale-Schietsport. I also ordered a HuMa regulator to to replace the Chinese regulator that comes preinstalled. When I removed the airtube much to my surprise was a large prechamber that instead of being seated on the valve body, was threaded into it. If you've had a P12 apart you know that the valve return spring is held in place by the screw valve spring retainer. Well, this plenum replaced that piece. So I have three options the way I see it.
1. Try to stack the HuMa plenum on the screw in plenum. It would be a huge amount of plenum space if it seals.
2. Have a new valve retaining screw in piece machined to replace the Chinese plenum. If I had not sold my lathe this would be my first choice.
3. Deal with Mrodair and try to order the part since they are the same rifles internally. I have shot them a few emails about potential spare parts and I have yet to hear a peep from them. I would have thought that since I bought a P12 from them in the past that I might be able to have some questions answered, but I guess that's not the case.
I'm hoping someone will see this that has some experience with a P10 and be able to offer some advice.
Also, if anyone wants to just talk about P10/P12's I'm more than happy to share my experience I learned from my two builds.
Thanks,
Austin

Moving this over to the PCP gate. Hopefully someone there will chime in. I haven't seen many posts about the P12 here though.
If you can get parts, maybe there's a work around to get the Huma to fit? Some pictures will help. I'm betting most of us here haven't seen the inside of one before,

Thanks for putting this in the right board Andy.
I'm trying to get some pictures taken that aren't over the file size limit.

Can't Krale answer your question? They sell the gun and regulator. I'm sure they can advize you. Just send them an email or call them. GMT + 2!

Krale actually put me in touch with HuMa. They have said there are no issues using their regulator and plenum with the stock Chinese plenum. Apparently they've been asked the same question before because they had the total combined plenum space already figured. Looks like a hair over 48cc not counting the valve body space. That should make my 45ish fpe goal easily attainable with a lower regulator setpoint.
Now I just need to find our where my new barrel went missing in transport.

And what about origin SPA P10 pressure regulator ?
1. Does not work right ?
2. Which is the output pressure (.... bar, ...PSI ) or max output power ?

I have sold the rifle, but the stock regulator was at about 35fpe. It was supposed to be adjustable, but it was not. I've decided I was actually very happy with the rifle after my tuning. The stock regulator being junk was no big deal N ow that I look back on it. The rifle was a tank and I wouldn't hesitate buying one again if the opportunity arose.
