Interesting scope problem

I've been using a Center Point 4-16x40 AO scope on my Umarex Fuel for about a year now. Several thousand shots later, I finally ran into a problem. The dial that controls the illuminated reticle was hanging by a couple wires:
I disassembled everything to get to the three problem screws. When I put everything together, I used blue Loctite to hopefully prevent this from happening in the future.
I'm waiting for the Loctite to cure before I do any shooting. The repail looks promising, though:

Nice work on the adapter. That rubber coupling might also absorb the shock and vibration of a springer.

The one I have no works well but i think I may machine and make my own...it doesnt work as well as it should. Glad you got your scope fixed though
