Benjamin Model E

Hi there
While driving thru Iowa found a Benjamin Model E in an antique shop. Looked to be in pretty good shape so I brought it home. I'm looking for some information on this gun as I haven't seen very many for sale. Would like to find out when it was made and if parts are still available. Will try to post some pictures if I can figure out how. Thanks

That's a nice find but I'm not sure it can be repaired if it doesn't work? Many folks just use them as wall hangers. You may be able to find the manual for it on Trev's Airgun Scrapbook and get some tips on getting it to shoot? Does it hold air and shoot?

Bryan thanks for the information. Looks like I can't add pictures because I don't have enough posts yet. The rifle feels like it wants to pump up but doesn't shoot. Wall hanger material maybe? Also at the end of the pump rod is a large nut instead of the "drawer knob" that I've seen in pictures of other guns. I'd like to find the proper fitting to put on there if it just threads on.
