utg 3-12x44 swat with paralax wheel or utg 4-16x40 with 2.4 inch sunshade

So if I am getting the umarex octane in .22 cal and want the chioce of being able to not have to see the front fiber optic in my scope and want to shoot half dollar targets from around 5 to 100 yards should I go with the leapers utg 3-12x44 swat with the 13 dollar parallax wheel or should I stick with the utg 4-16x40 since I already have the 2.4 inch utg 40mm sunshade? They are both around the same price from Pyramid Air?
