2016 Texas airgun show (copied from the Pyramyd Air Blog)

The Texas airgun show will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016. It opens to the public at 9 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m. It will be held at the Arlington Sportsman’s Club (http://www.arlingtonsportsman.com), located in Mansfield, Texas. Eight-foot tables are $30 each (maximum of 2 per dealer) and admission is $5 for everyone over 12. The tables are limited, so if you want one get cracking now. They will all be reserved long before the show.

There will not be a big bore airgun match this year, but the club is working on a silhouette-type match called the Pyramyd Air Gunslynger where the timing is accelerated. More about this in the future. I am also working on a couple novel ideas for other airgun events.

To reserve a table call this number: 469-369-2539. Right now we are just getting started. When there is more to tell, I will tell you.

Last years event was excellent. This time it is in a more central location and should be even larger. Have two tables reserved!

I enjoyed the show last year and this years location is much closer... I plan on attending... Looking forward to it... Please let us know which vendors are going to be there...

The Texas Airgun show will be held on Saturday, August 27 at the Arlington Sportsman's Club in Mansfield, Texas. The show starts at 9 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m. This is a new venue for the show. The Arlington club is roughly twice the size of the place the show was held in 2014 and 2015, but tables are limited. If you want one, register now or risk missing the opportunity. There will be no firearms on tables at this show, just airguns. There will be ranges open to the public on which to test airguns and the manufacturers will have some of their guns on the line all day.

As usual there will be a large number of raffle prizes plus a great door prize for paid admission.

The 4H club will cater the show with hot food, snacks and cold beverages.

Please pass the word along to all your friends. Because this is being held in the DFW Metroplex we are expecting a good turnout this year, maybe larger than in past years.

Don't forget that the Texas Airgun Show is coming up soon, on August 27, at the Arlington Sportsman's Club in Mansfield, Texas. The show starts at 9 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m. Public is $5 each entry or $30 each for early entry if you want to come at 6:30am.

No Firearm Sales at the show. [/size]Safety glasses are required when not inside a building.

We also have private individuals renting tables. We have only a few table spots for rent ($30), so that you can bring your air rifles and accessories and sell them at the show. We have 34 tables inside and up to 20 tables outside under the awning.

I've been planning on this for months. I was looking to sell my FWB and/or my Hatsan Galatian. Then my charger broke down and I am trading it in on another car, and add I just loaned my daughter $700 for a down payment on a new car for her.

Looks like next year for me.
