Yep that is the Lee Minie..from the looks of it, it will be my go to round for pigs.
The waiting begins for the Kit! I was surprised how fast mine arrived from South Africa...think it was just over a week.
I have something on the way too.......waiting!

I used a 320 grain 45 caliber version for the first deer I shot on Lanai with my Volunteer... This went sailing through the deer with 70 grains of powder... My 58 caliber version of this bullet down by the beach in Kahue on Lanai took out a doe lengthwise and a mouflon on the Private side from back to front and blew out its chest leaving at least a 4" hole... just for reference...

guys/gals,the kit installed is great, now there are 2 different springs,the improved spring jeremy sent me is a stronger one then the one that originaly came with my kit,, took all i could do at first to cock it with the new spring,but as he said, it gets easier as it break's in,as for the power,wow,in my 909 500cc its over 400fpe with a 385gr bbt,but i shoot the 250gr bullets at 365fpe and there very accurate,now i am going to re-crony the gun with the new crony i bought and at a higher fill pressure,just to see what it will do.last crony died of lead contamination while testing this gun,lol waiting to hear how yours did once installed,it truly act;s like a different gun with the kit,i also did a little trigger work on mine,was easy to do, and once you get the yang apart ,you will see how easy these guns are to work on,only other thing i will suggest,if you can,get a machine shop to do your boring,it take,s the guess work out of drilling it with a drill press if your not very good at using one[um like me]then once bored all you need do is re assemble it,and go shoot something,lol,

Guys thought id just like to say . The kit does come with the new hammer spring . lol The reason we made the new hammer was that the bore size on the original Sam Yang hammer was very limiting as far as springs goes the new hammer lets you use bigger springs. Also the original cocking handles kept breaking so we added a new super strong handle to the mix as well.

Mine is stripped down, just need to do the machining and reassemble. Not going to happen anytime soon...down with the flu and want to be clear headed when drilling.
Here is a comparison the the stock vs AAO components, valve, spring and hammer. Stock parts are on the right. Note how much larger the TP is.

msurf, get yourself well, and install that kit, i know its calling to you,and bet your fighting the temptation,of starting on it,lol,brother you will ?when your done: if you drill her right,be very pleased with the results, and the power increase,may be a bear to cock it,heck my first try to get it to high i did with my fat 14 foot.,lol,and believe me i,m a master auto tech and 265 lb and 6.0 ft,and can bench my weight and then sum,this thing is stout,so good luck,what i enjoy most about the twin tube with 400+ fpe with the right bullet, is light, short in comparison to the my Texan 45 cal,and so accurate,also while your in there, do some trigger work, you'll enjoy it more.good luck brother, get well and god bless.

... it went out for delivery at 14:58 today from Honolulu... I'm Assuming DHL uses Tiemore or Aloha Cargo from Honolulu to Hilo... so if so... might be here tomorrow for sure...
