In addition to the fourth srew you may want to leave additional material between the screw holes and the bore end of the shroud. Should make it stronger especially if you don't have the option of having thicker material.
Yikes ....sorry about the cat honey wrong place wrong time hehe. Have you thought about threading the cap there to give it more bite. Ed
I remember arguing with myself about whether it really needed a 4th screw.
