Let us know here if it works out. I bought one for my Octane Elite about a year ago. It works like magic. Totally transformed mine after a long time of not wanting to shoot it anymore. I love mine now and it’s a shooter in my stable.

They are $23.00 shipped to the lower 48 States.
He can ship internationally, but only accepts USPS money orders for payment.

The match grade trigger part arrived in my mail box this morning. All the way from the USA. Thank you Ronno6 .
Now to install it..

The match gade trigger part arrived from the USA via USPS. It took 10 days to get from Ronno6 to my rural letter box. Pretty good in my book all the way across the world. Purchase cost was 34 bucks US but that came out to 110 doklars NZ with freight and exchange rate..worth it to me. The trigger is now light to use. Just excellent for a hunting trigger not too light and not adjustable to a hair like a record . The trigger block is easy to work on. The only tricky part is the circlips that hold the pins in place . Small and fiddly but take your time and it goes together nicely. Better than the Hatsan Quattro trigger by far. I don't have a trigger gauge so all i can say is that the improvement in trigger weight is everything I hoped for Now to learn ti shoot the rifle with a new trigger

It sure is a massive improvement. My Octane Elite was my second adult air rifle and it got to where I didn’t want to shoot it anymore. I got many other air rifles after that one and I just about put that rifle up, even though I knew about the trigger upgrade. My Octane Elite came to life after the Match Grade trigger component install and I love to shoot it now. I hope you enjoy yours as much.

All has gone down hill after the six or so shots with the new duck bill trigger part. It will now not allow the piston to cock. The trouble seems to be that a second face has been ground on the point of contact between the new part and the corresponding sear. Whether that is by design or accident i don't know but the texture of the grind is different to the machined texture . Not a big worry as it was only 100 odd bucks and replacing the old sear brought the rifle back to normal . I still have a good useful rifle that tells me that I do not want a Diana 350.
I just might have a go at making my own sear. File and emery paper. Maybe an excuse to buy a Dremel. We will see .
A new Dremel. See you later. Got to go and look at prices.

Oh man?! Mine dropped right in and was perfect. Only thing I think could’ve gone wrong is that he made two: one for the original Octane and one for the Octane Elite and you may have received the wrong one for your rifle.

According to Mr. Tim, there is only 1......it has gone thru a few different iterations.
But, according to him, the last one fits ALL Umarex triggers with the safety lever in front of the trigger.

My Umarex is the Octane Elite with the Stopshox recoil absorbtion system.
I have played with the trigger screw and eventually taken it right out.
As far as I can see that screw only provides a bearing surface for the trigger to bear on the top trigger lever. It also takes up the freeplay in the trigger travel. With a longer trigger screw you could take out all the freeplay plus a bit to get the a half engaged position that might make the trigger lighter or at least moRe sensitive. I don't want to do that because a half engaged trigger in a magnum springer seems dangerous to me.
I have completed the new duckbill type lever and installed it. It works and has positive latching stop and discharge. It is made of steel but not yet hardened. It is still a hard trigger and i guess a magnum springer at 22 to 25 ft/lbs is always going to be strong or a bit heavy , I don't have a gauge to measure trigger pressure so I just go by feel. Now that I know what I am doing there I will make another duckbill type but slightly different in dimension to get to where I want it to be.
It has been interesting making the part and a good self teaching lesson.

I have made another small modification to my homemade duck bill trigger part and I now have a reliable and comfortable trigger. I don't know the exact weight but it suites me just how I wanted it.
The Tim Montano replacement part just did not fit my particular trigger group well but it was the incentive to make my own and without the TM one I would still have a very heavy trigger.
The whole exercise was satisfying and at times frustrating but was worth it. Thanks to interest from Ronno6 to stir me on.
