Great rifle, Scott! My 75S T01 still sits ...I am a bit afraid of getting into it.

I know the seals must be toast after all this time but a long while back y'all convinced me to keep her instead of selling.
I shot quite a few ten meter matches here in New England back when I got it but These 55+ year old bones/eyes/muscles aren't up to much more than plinking.

STILL...I would like to get it back in order. I got the two Maccari seals (1 guide, 1 seal...as you point out) but I'm just too timid to open it.

what to do, what to do... sigh.
I DO know a clock repair enthusiast...maybe he can help.

Great looking 75S !! ... too bad your on the other side of the country, could fix that old girl for you

Just some more FYI ... a few inquires on "How complex are they"
While not a watch of 100 parts and pieces, there are a lot of linkages, springs and small parts in play.
* Earlier pics you can see the GISS gears and some of the sear / holding linkages as well that are internal.
