Stupid question about Gamo Urban...

Thanks Bill!  I just ordered 2 tins of the 28.5 gr .22 domed and 2 tins of the 35.8 gr .25 domed from PA.  Looking forward to giving them critters a smack-down!

The gauge on my urban that i bought from walmart was stuck as well. I removed it and poked it with a needle as well. I also dropped a little wd40 through the small holes on the gauge. The needle is still a bit slow, but it does work now. I paid 219.00 for the rifle and I did not want to wait for a replacement. It shoots so well I didnt want to take a chance of getting one that didnt shoot well. I could live without the gauge not working because of the price. One could always replace it easily.

Steve, replacement gauges on eBay are very inexpensive and you can find ones with better resolution.

I agree, if it's shooting straight, I'd just replace the gauge.  My first urban did not, so it when back.  I ordered a replacement gauge for my current one because, even though it works, it looks cheap and is slow as well.  If you order one, get the metric threads, not the standard.
