All my LDC's are 24mm OD CFT, reduces your ability to go stealth.  I may try a larger (all) aluminum as you have shown - down the road.  Good food for thought .......... Kirk

Most commercial units are made of 30mm or bigger tube. A&M uses 38mm tube and their Marksman is about the quietest air gun LDC out there.

Thank you Kirk! I have been using 1.250 & 1.375 tubes until I bought this 1.5 stock. After hearing the difference between the 1.375 tube and the 1.5 on my R10 im going to use the 1.5 on all fac level projects.

 I put the original ldc I made for the R10 thats 1.375 on my S510. The S510 is tuned for 15 fpe with a regulator. With that ldc on it you can shoot it inside a small space like a bathroom with the door and window closed and it sounds like you tapped the counter top with a pencil With the light weight hammer theres not much mechanical noise coming from the S510 and thats all you hear.
