Remington express scope mount search

I have a Remington express .22. After a little work on the trigger, rws34 seal and a lube tune shoots smooth and accurate. The scope rail has grooves parallel to the 11mm grooves. I had to glue the 1 piece mount to keep the scope from sliding back since there is no scope stop. I bought a Ruger air magnum which attaches a picatiny rail on 11mm scope rail with 4 screws. Looks like this may be a solution to the Remington slippage. Was going to remove and put on the Remington but it is a one piece deal and I did not want to mar it prying it off. Anyone tried this solution? I guess Umarex is the source for the mount. A search of vendors and schematics has found no info.
 By the way, I bought a .22 and .177 Remington express at MidwayUSA when they were clearance. They are back in stock  on sale for $105. This is great deal for a little time spent cleaning it up. Dave

Just curious what did you do to the trigger to smooth it out ?

Sportmatch makes a set of rings that should solve you problem. They fit 11mm base and have cross pins that fit the grooves in the rail so wont shift. Pyramid Air #PY-A-5263 about $30.00.Hope this helps. These are not the same as Weaver rails. Just have to get the glued on part off.

I just took my 1 piece mount and pushed it all the way to the rear (where the grooves stop) and it doesn't move at all.

Just curious what did you do to the trigger to smooth it out ?

I put a B26 trigger in mine (got it from FlyingDragon) and deburred everything. I also compared it to the rekord trigger on my R7 and did just a little "reshaping".

Besides shaping the trigger I also polished the sear and contact points on the parts that come out with the rear pin.
I removed the three lock washers under the forward screw and put some locktite on the threads since it was a loose fit.
Polishing was done with a polishing disk so no material was really removed. Lubed and reassembled.
The one piece mount moved enough to start to tear-up the aluminum. Dave

I put one of these along with a BKL double strap ring when scoping my Diana 350.  After 1000+ shots no movement whatsoever.  Not cheap though!
