Assuming a 6.25% sales tax, which is the lowest in Illinois, that's $21.81 for the untested ChinaMart version. So your choice, obviously, whether to give the Waltons another $370.81 to use for their purposes, or man up and send the extra $2.19 to an American small businessman for a good, tested, rifle.
