Dang! I forgot all about this thread. I know that Bob, or C.D.T., probably doesn't need my help with this, but I want to set the record straight right now. The GRTIII is probably the best thing to happen to air gunners on a tight budget since Crosman started pumping out their B19's. There are other "third party" triggers, but Bob's are the best I know of. I actually bought a GTXII trigger from Archer a while back for a Stoeger X10- because it was easy to order with a credit card! While that trigger was definitely an improvement over the factory trigger, it was not perfect by any means. Anyway, the Trail XL had some breech lockup issues after abour 900 rounds, so I returned it to Wal-Mart. The GRTIII trigger worked great, though, so I dropped it in another X10. Just let me tell you, the GRTIII is a FAR BETTER product for the SAME PRICE. I like &^%$# website and I'm sure I'll buy some more stuff from him in the future, but from now on I'll get my triggers from C.D.T. Perfect fit unlike the GTXII that has to be shimmed to eliminate the wiggle. Plus the GRTIII looks nicer. Better function with better fit and finish for about the same price. As for the extra steps to acquire it, all I had to do to get it was stop at the bank on my way home from work and get a money order, then mail it off. Less than a week later, I had my trigger. It was WELL WORTH taking an extra 5 minutes on my way home from work to order it, and WELL WORTH waiting a few days for it in the mail. I'm actually thinking about buying a few more for future AG's, because the sad truth is that Bob and guys like him are not gonna be around forever. There might be cheap future substitutes for the trigger, but I bet that they won't be as good.
edit- and by cheap substitutes i mean in build, you'll probably pay as much or more for them =(
