Got some duct seal at the hardware store.  Cut and slap together some wood, and we should be back shooting later today!

Too much stuff going on here to spend much time shooting, but...

a.  The trap works great.
b.  Shot one group with Cabelas HP and got about .7 (last shot opened a .5 group)
c.  Shot one group with RWS Superdome in .5 (last shot opened a 3/8" group)

Shooting at 50'.  Still need a lot of work on my "springer" technique.  Figure the gun will get one of Bob's triggers, and the bushing/washer combo from Gene SC.  I would expect the gun to be pretty solid then.  Can't complain for $89 + shipping.

yeah dude, i pulled mine apart and greaZed everything with JM moly, tightened the heck out of the barrel pivot screw, and loc-tite'd all of the screws, mount point and scope screws. Now shes a smooth kitten and im putting JSB 18.1's into a dime eaisly at 25yds with the stock 4x32 scope! I cant wait to slap some better optics and a tuna trigger on her. The stock trigger is still a mile long but you can feel when its about to break, but im spoiled with the tuna on my XL1100. gotta have it man.

Mine is pretty heavy but it does have a crisp "snap" when it shoots. I tried adjusting the 2nd stage screw and I didn't really notice that much of a change. I was shooting it first then moved to my BC (with GRT) and scared myself with the first shot!! It was  much lighter than the stock Titan trigger...I forgot how light it really was after putting a hundred or so rounds throught the Titan. Yes, GRT is on my short list for sure.

i order one for my titan an for my cfx today, ben shooting this titan with the 177 phantom barrel after about 800 shots its shooting average 985 fps, it seams to lead the barrel  very fast may have to put the 22 barrel back on its pretty acurate at 15 steps even with the stock trigger using chps 7.9 gr i think

That sounds good 3ants. Mine isn't a refurb but I have the Titan in .177, Tuna Trigger and a Leapers 3-9X32 scope. It's a great combo.

  Was confused by the GP/NP thing.  Mine is a GP. but C8, so I guess it is high power?

A few days of shooting it destroyed our pellet trap, so I am searching for a better one.  This gun reminds me of my Marlin 22.  Very accurate at times, but pretty inconsistent.  I guess the trigger would help, but I'd like to see some consistency before I get one.

Don't bother buying a new one, just get a brick (1 lb bar) of duct seal putty from Home Depot or Lowes and pack it into the pellet trap. I had the same problem with my Gamo Whisper .177 destroying my trap in three days at 20m. I packed 1/2 brick of duct seal into it, and now my Whisper or even my Benjamin Titan .22 at 10m has no effect on the trap.
