SCBA Valve to Foster Fittings

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me or show me what parts I will need to purchase so I can hook up an SCBA 4500 PSI bottle with a P/N 804722-01 valve on it to a foster quick change fill connector? The threads on the male connection on the valve look like about 5/8 inch.

Can't help specifically as my valve is female and I have a male section that screws in there with a foster fitting on it. I would call JoeB at airtanksforsale-I bet he can set you up with what you need quickly.

You would need a CGA347 fitting to fit that Scott brand valve,
the same fitting fits the Interspiro brand tanks I have,
look at that valve and you will see the bleed air holes in the threads etc.
I use these fittings to fit to my Cf tanks 4500 psi tanks, works very well, same as a Scott tank,
the long nose fits/seals just past those bleed hole in the valve etc.

!89419!US!-1
or you can use this one, I would get the one that has the "O" ring seal on the end,
https://www.ebay.com/itm/SCBA-Firefighting-SS-CGA-347-Kits-Stainless-Steel-Hand-Tight-Nut-and-Nipple-US/401497362644?hash=item5d7b1b90d4:g:m1UAAOSwFEpaj75g
It all depends on if you want a gage or not, then get a adapter to go on the threaded end for the QR foster connector.

Originally I had about 85 dollars into mine close to 2 years ago, I bought stuff from Ebay, Amazon and North Shore compressor's. I also purchased the reducers and plug at a place here in town much cheaper than what I would have paid online for the same 316 stainless. The only thing I've had to replace was the Chinese fill whip that took for ever to get here from China but was only $7 shipped, the original gauge was about the same price and I also had to replace that as well. I replaced the fill whip with my junkout Benjamin hand pump one and bought a much nicer gauge that's very accurate, that cost me 20 bucks which I didn't think was a bad price. I really like the bleeder that I bought from North Shore it was the most expensive part but well worth it.
I'm also thinking about ordering a nice 2 foot micro bore for it to replace the braided one (Benj.), I priced one from Northshore for less than 30 dollars and even Terry from the dive shop said that's the one to buy cause they last forever.
this is how it originally looked when I first put it together, I used it for a long time like this.
I also made an adapter so I could get just the tank filled without the adapter on it as well, that way I could get them both filled at the same time if I needed to.

Wade,
That's actually a CGA 347 male fitting.
I have attached a picture of it apart.

There is 2 types of this CGA347 fittings, hand tight or wrench tight = which is shown in Taso/Waynes photo's.
You can choose between either etc.
If I did not need the gage for psi checks, when filling tanks,
I would have gone with the last photo, a cheaper option, as I have 3 tanks now etc.
I have Ninja Micro hoses that connect everything together, I personally don't trust over seas hoses etc.

Thanks to all,
I see said the blind man, thanks for the photo Taso, now I got it.
One question, Taso, how in the heck do you decide what air gun you will shoot today?

It depends on how far away the squirrel is!
Honestly, I shoot the T200 90% of the time and then the HW100 the rest.
My arsenal needs to be cleaned up. I figure I have three categories of guns right now. Keepers, guns that need evaluating and guns that I need to list for sale. The vast amount and diversity is because in the beginning you really don't know what you like, want or need. I didn't have a friends collection to borrow rifles from so I had to buy all my educational pieces.
Thanks,
Taso

Is there anything wrong with using a charge set-up like the ones listed on ebay? Cost about $50.00. I could use it to fill the SCBA cylinder and then fill my rifle. Cylinder is 4500psi I fill to 3200psi using my YH compressor.

On Ebay, the quality is suspect. There are unscrupulous people selling junk on there. So you have to be very careful.
This is not from ebay but kinda related. About two weeks ago there was a member who's Air Venturi hose failed at the quick disconnect fitting.
I have a couple Ninja brand microbore extension hoses that I've not had issues with and everything else I buy from Northshore Compressor, August Industries and Nuvair. Even the local Grainger if I'm in a pinch.
Thanks,
Taso

Water Steps
I use 3 of those EB seller,
they are very well made and SS construction, the only thing changed was the hose,
which is now Ninja Micro hoses, in the longer 36-48" lengths, and these same hoses are used for the attachment to gun/accurate PSi gage/valve system I have.
This is the buyer I have bought 3 of these valves......

I also use these systems to charge my tanks from my Shoe Box compressor, sure makes everything easier..........
Wade, Hope this helps.....
