I ordered a Hw30 for my girlfriend on Sunday. Sunday night while they were closed I asked them to add ten tins of pellets. They replied no problem and sent me a link to pay for the pellets. Then my credit cards were locked because of my recent identity theft. I asked them to hold the order until I ironed it out. They said no problem. Monday morning I had to go to the bank unlock my cards and by time that was squared away and I paid for the additional pellets Krale was closed for Monday. Very early this morning (Tuesday) they emailed me that the order will ship today. I sent the attached email this morning and got the attached response. Simply amazing.

I've ordered at least 15 Weihrauch guns from Krale ... easily the best (and cheapest) vendor for HW's in the World. Hey Jccams, your gonna love the HW35E ... hopefully in .177 caliber ;).

This my third or fourth gun from Krale. One of them was ordered over the weekend when they were closed, shipped Monday and received Tuesday afternoon. Basically next day service from another continent. I've never had a problem with them. I can't say the same for AoA or PA. Mundilar in Portugal is excellent too. They went way way above my expectations of good service. Their prices and shipping aren't quite as good as Krale but they did things to get me what I wanted that NOBODY ELSE would. It's a shame the Weihrauch distributors here in the US treat us like they're doing us a favor.

IIRC, I've bought 5 rifles from Krale. All purchases have gone swimmingly. The only hitch was when Lousiville customs let a rifle sit in their hidey-hole over a weekend. Custom's rewrap was atrocious but the gun arrived unscathed nevertheless.

They checked out and tested the gun for me this morning and then packed it up. UPS picked it up today at 7:38pm (their time). It's due to be delivered tomorrow between 12 & 3 pm. Remarkable customer service and next day shipping to another continent. Well worth the $59.84 shipping.
Also coming are two sets of Sportsmatch rings and 26 tins of pellets to diffuse the shipping cost . I ordered the other stuff and because they aren't currently available here and they were priced better than here when they are.
If I bought the rifle alone, with shipping it was $302.46. Which is still $11.52 cheaper than AoA with their free one week shipping. IF they had it in stock. So it's like I got personal service and free over night shipping on everything I ordered. Gotta love it

Well my experience is not going so well When I hit "place order" nothing happens, all the information is there. Maybe this is an omen, I am not supposed to have a 35E. It is not in stock anyway but Jaron said I could still order and it would ship when it came in. Thinking about it though that may be why nothing happens, maybe you can't pre-order. IDK

C'mon Jeff. It's not an omen. There's a bunch of stuff it could be. Could just be an incompatible browser or maybe you have to order it by email. Just email them and they'll be in touch tomorrow. I had stupid issues with my credit cards because it was an international transaction and I had my identity stolen in December. Still the problem wasn't on their end.

Yes, Krale is great. Smart to order a bunch of stuff. I really helps defer shipping costs. When my orders take more than 3 days, I feel cheated. ;)

Regarding your issue,
As mentioned by Ron, check browser compatibility, especially if buttons don't seem to work as intended. It may also be a "pop-up blocker" if the button attempts to open a new window. Technology is great except when it doesn't work as seamlessly as hoped.
My first and only attempt to purchase from Krale did not go through because I could not find USA as a shipping destination from the drop down menu at checkout.
When I figured it out the next day after a good night's sleep, the item was out of stock. That was a bummer and an "ID10T" or "user level" error: I had failed to see that I was on the European side/version of the Website and that there was a "US" one I had to select.

My credit card company can see the failed payments. But can't explain why.

Try another card or explain the situation to the bank you have the card with and ask them to wire the money there for free. The only problems I've had with payment has always been on my end. International internet sales often throw up fraud protection flags. More so when they're for several hundred dollars.

I did explain to the bank. As I said they can see the failed payments. but can not explain why. I did not ask them to wire the payment. I may try a phone call to krale. The 9 hour time difference is a problem.

Regarding your issue,

I have tried two browsers, one being Google chrome and two different computers, pop-up blocker on and off. I can't even get to the point of entering my cc info. I sent a screen shot of where I get stuck to Jaron at Krale, we'll see what he says.

Update, it appears that I was successful. Jaron suggested I try ordering without being logged in and it appeared to work. The problem is since I was not logged in there is no record of the order on Krales site. Guess I'll wait and see if I get an email.

The email takes a bit of time before it generates. Sounds like you got it. I never login when I place my orders. I start from scratch each time.

I'm a new happy customer as well. Ordered an HW98 from them last week, it arrived at the Kentucky US Customs center two days later. Nice! But then customs held the rifle for 10 days, wanting a tax ID number from me for some reason. I was never contacted by customs, I heard it from UPS. I contacted Krale and amazingly enough, they contacted US customs *twice* to say that imported airguns to not require any such thing. Monday night UPS delivered to my doorstep the rifle with both outer and inner boxes opened up - but rifle undamaged. Now I'm a big fan of Krale and my beautiful new HW98

Her rifle came today. And it's a beauty. We got everything we ordered, perfectly packed and intact. That's two days from the Netherlands. We would have had it yesterday but UPS held it back a day on the other side. They mistakenly thought it needed ATF paperwork. If UPS over there hadn't messed up reading the invoice, she would have had her gun next day. I've had AoA guns take a full week to get to me, and that was pre-covid.

None on this one. The outer box was only opened enough to get to the invoice. Everything was still neatly packed and unmolested. I did hear a story of one person that got a cocked gun. Supposedly it was cocked by customs and they didn't know how to uncock it. I can't confirm the story. I will say my 97 from Mundilar was opened and repacked by stateside customs. The repack wasn't pretty but nothing was damaged.

Thank you! Tomorrow I clean the bore and put it through the paces of accuracy checking. All goes well with that, I'll tear it down, strip all the lube and tune it into a super slick smoooooth shooter. Then I'll start work on machining a new set back trigger blade and adjusting screw. She's gonna have one very nice Hw30 when I'm done. She deserves it.

Success at last. Krale is now tops in customer service in my book. If you have been following, I had trouble completing the payment process online. Still do not know the cause of my trouble.
After several emails over a period of 4 days, caused by the time difference. They did what they called a manual sale. Then sent me a payment link. I got an email from them this morning saying my HW30 will be shipped on Monday.
It is so nice dealing with a company that knows what customer service is. Instead of acting like they are doing you a favor just talking to you. This will be my second HW30 A person needs to have one scoped and one open sights.

Her rifle came today. And it's a beauty. We got everything we ordered, perfectly packed and intact. That's two days from the Netherlands. We would have had it yesterday but UPS held it back a day on the other side. They mistakenly thought it needed ATF paperwork. If UPS over there hadn't messed up reading the invoice, she would have had her gun next day. I've had AoA guns take a full week to get to me, and that was pre-covid.
It amazes me that Krale can ship a gun here that quickly!
I can't recall reading of anyone's negative experience with them.
I just placed my first order ever with Krale for what I believe will be close to two years worth of pellets. All the major outlets in the US are out of stock of the specific pellets I want, but Krale had exactly what I wanted. I've had a pending order with Pyramyd for a month, but they have been back ordered on some specific pellets for awhile now. I'm not trying to hoard at all. I just wanted to amortize the $60 shipping charge over more tins to make the cost per pellet more palatable. Anyway, they shipped this morning. Very fast service! I'm quite content with Pyramyd, but they seem to be a victim of the global supply situation like many others.
