lloydwould you say this is reserved for those who end up having the problem ? i would suspect that if the mrod trigger currently works perfectly in a disco that adding the shim could cause an issue with the sear engagement and let a shot off when its not supposed to ?
Nice work Lloyd! I am contemplating getting a Mrod trigger for my Disco and this may come in handy when the time comes
Quick question.... When Pyramyd Air sold the Katana (Disco with an MRod trigger and different stock).... did they shim the trigger....Bob
John did you cerakote the sear and triggers with the black finish or did they come like that? Mine are all brass.
Mike,While you have the trigger assy off the gun, remove the side plate and study and see what each adjustment does. I didn't find them very intuitive and it took some time before I really understood what each screw adjustment did. It might not be a bad idea to set it up so that the sear has a little more engagement with the trigger link. Then when you have it all installed and play with it some and are ready, then go ahead and set the light trigger like you want.Lloyd
