Hatsan 125 Vortex Piston/Nitro Piston - Take down & tune tutorial.

G'day All,
I'm looking for a PFD [hopefully] tutorial [with photos] of the take-down, replace seal, tune-up and re-assembly tutorial.
I'm not about to pay 1/3 the price of the rifle to replace the piston seal at HatsanUSA, unless someone convinces me I really should.

I've stripped down, replaces seals, tuned up and reassembled my Beeman R-10 [.22] [San Rafael] rifle.
I also have stripped down, replaced the seal, and tuned up my Benjamin NP XL [.177], which you'll notice is no longer on my list below; I gave [yeah gave] it to my son-in-law and he's delighted with it.

Anyway, back to the Hatsan 125 take-down, tune & reassemble tutorial.
If anyone has a URL that I can open and print out I'd be eternally grateful.

My first Hatsan 125 Black Stock Nitro Piston is banging the scope off the rails [well almost] and HatsanUSA is asking $80.00 to; ship-replace seal-return, and I reckon I'd be much more comfortable doing it myself.
I already have a piston seal from PA and for now, that's all I need.
I already have my white grease and Moly set from ARH.

OH, I built my own Compressor and it works very well.

I was looking for a pdf file of the take down and re assembly of a Hatsan 125/125TH [not sniper] rifle

With a *.pdf file I can print it up, read it off line and not eat up my monthly internet data quota.

Any info of the 125 series of AG's is the same.
Be it Walther Talon Magnum, Sniper, 125, 125th, etc.
I know of NO pdf but it is a very straight forward AG to work on.
The ONLY area that can throw you is the trigger if you take it apart.
The rest is basic.
Even I didn't screw up when I took my first one apart.

Sounds ilke you are good to go..........Just about any info-tutorial you see on the web will be a U-tube video.  Time to increase that bandwidth, 

Mike Ellington's videos are GREAT!  However, he takes a long time and goes over every detail.  Should be a piece of cake for somebody who already has experience inside air guns.
Good Luck and maybe you could be to one to post a how to with JPEG's.

All my links got lost in a crash, but if I recall correctly, there was a Polish board that when accessed through Google Translate had some very in-depth discussion of the finer points of tuning the 125's.  They also had excellent pictures.

Wish I could remember where the link to it was posted, I know it was in English...

You are exactly right about the rear end and trigger areas of different models being the most difficult [read: tricky].
That's the most important part I need, but would be grateful for a *.pdf file of the total take-down and re-build.
I'm a bit anal about tutorials, blogs and notes for anything i have, and prefer to print them up and keep in a binder.
