so I have shot around 150 pellets in the TX200 hunter GTA raffled off

The first time I shot it I had stolen the scope off my CFX since it was a shorter length leapers 3-12 and put a longer 3-12 on the CFX

the TX200 hunter carbine is a workout and a half compared to the CFX.  After the first day where I shot maybe 60 pellets with it and the CFX to sight the scopes in my arm was feeling the burn.

The CFX is a dream to cock compared to the TX200 hunter carbine.  Likely the longer version TX would be easier with the longer cocking arm.

The TX200 is quite a bit heavier than the CFX.

The workmanship on the TX200 is beautiful with my only complaint being the lockup block being held by only 1 screw and a short one at that.  I located a slightly longer one to install in the hopes it wont work loose.

Head to head that first day the CFX edged out the TX200 at 25 yards.  Granted I have shot the CFX more than the TX, so this may change as I shoot it more.

yesterday I was shooting the TX off my (well used) MTM rest and was having a terrible day.  The gun kept moving on me when I shot and I would not hit the bull, though generally would hit where the crosshairs were if I stopped myself after the shot and looked.

It does kick more than my CFX does so movement was a problem on a wiggly rest sitting on a wiggly bench while I sat on a chair too short to be comfortable.  I was set up to fail that day, though less kick from the CFX more or less negates the above problems.

It is a little heavy to carry hunting for someone like me that doesn't hunt, doesn't work out and has internet surfing and photography as other hobbies.   LOL  Maybe the addition of sling studs would make it workable.

It is a beautiful looking rifle with a solid thunk when I shoot.   All in all I am happy with how it is shooting and hope to get dime or better groups at 25 yards from this gun once things settle in and I get the hang of it.
