Just ordered a Daisy 5899 peep and 6 tins of lead from PA. Trying to get the order ready for Crosman parts this afternoon. Today is our weekly trip to town for smoking needs and perscriptions. That always begins with a trip thru the sporting goods dept. at Walmart for our off-the-shelf stuff.
Update:
WOW PA !!!   ordered at 7:58 am and shipped confirmation with tracking at 11:00 am
Trip to Walmart was fruitful... CPHP in .22 and .177 were on sale for about $6.50 a tin. 4 of each fell into the cart as we went by. 3 more packs of yardsale stickers for the targets were found in the bag under the sub buns when we got home. That place is magic.

Where did you get your grips?
I've had a 1701p in my cart for almost two days going back and forth.....
1701p(on sale) vs crosman mk1 vs webley alecto ...  :-\ or maybe even a Mac1 Ld...
decisions, decisions....

Upper 1701 grips were purchased off AA classifieds from Vernon Austin , bottom 1701 grips came from one of my 1377's , they are Rick's grips . .
I'd like to get a couple sets from Steve Corcoran . His are adjustable , and move these back to my 1377's. Kirby

I have been on a self imposed ordering hiatus (gotta buy another truck before winter), but I made sure to stock up on plenty of ammo before I cut myself off...so I have 12 big tins of the JSB jumbo kings waiting for their first victim.

Also bought myself a new present because I couldn't pass up a deal....like new Marlin XL7 in Win .270 with factory walnut, Nikon Buckmaster BDC scope, and Warne rings...she's like new, and all told I've got $375 into her, including sling and a case. That'll satisfy my new rifle cravings for a while...I hope... ::)

I've got a first gen black Axsor sitting at the post office waiting for me to pick it up (as long as some postal worker didn't open my package and pull a switcharoo while it was in transit).  Should have it in a couple hours or so.  I'll tell you, it's been a tough 42 days between recieving my Disco and finally being able to fire it, that's for sure.

I received 2 hatsans today, one 30 cal bt65qe one 25 cal bt65qe both shot well. the .25 real well. both feel a little rough compared to a m-rod or rainstorm but I hope will smooth out. These are BIG guns. very quiet. the .25 shoots one ragged hole at 50 yards. The .30 about a 3/4 group .
I ordered a wicked air .30 carbine. My poor wife about had a heart attack when I had her write out the ck. No more airguns for awhile. I will have to save up, and hope the washer or dryer don't break.

Did a switch-a-roo to the Evanix Stormpup. I was wanting another gun but money is tight so I opted for an alternative. I bought a replacement Rainstorm II stock and "waa laa" got me a new gun...sort of.

I just received two Crosman 2260's I bought on sale for $95 each. Both of them look like the stock was finished with 100 sand paper with rough and  visible sanding scratches on the butt portions ::). I will refinish (finish) them myself as I do think I got my moneys worth for the sale price but was surprised to see that bad of quality control. One of them came with a C02 cartridge in it :o , and they both shoot great
