Took possession of a Blue Streak that needs a little TLC, doing some test but it does not seem all that out of spec.

That’s good to hear, Charles. I don’t have any bottles and have just one PCP rifle that I’ll be filling. I had a goof up on my part and my order didn’t ship. I wound up getting the NUOGE NG001, essentially the same as the CS1 with external power supply, so it would arrive today. Per reviews, I think, for my first compressor it should do what I need it to do.

Refund on the "used" scope I received went flawless so I gave Amazon another chance... this time straight from Discovery.

Ended the dithering over whether and which scope to buy. I ordered a Hawke Vantage 2-7x32 AO. Might as well start getting acquainted with scope use. Should help for reducing ECD numbers here. Their population apparently exploded last year, so just chucking rocks their way or making noise wasn’t sufficient.

If I get hooked by pesting (there are other pests around, though not too bad yet), it’ll be dithering time over a new gun, but I’ll cross that bridge if/when.

I just ordered my second Cometa air rifle today, a model 220 in .22 caliber and yesterday I ordered a model 100 in .177. Can hardly wait to check them out as I've never had a Spain made gun. Charles

My GX will fill the Notos before I can replenish the CARM 12 round. Gives me a nice rhythm at the LGR. I relax my shoulders and eyes will refilling (air tube and mag). The 9 round Cooku clock is full of NSAs before Thick Girl (30 cal Challenger) has her belly full, but not a long wait.....

Got my NUOGE compressor, power supply, extra fill whip and filter dryer yesterday. Hopefully, today I’ll get it setup and try it out. Only thing different from what I originally wanted was the external power supply and this one doesn’t have auto-shutoff. I’ll be using it to fill from 2000 PSI to 3000 PSI. But, I didn’t think I was ready to take my eyes off of it yet, anyhow.

John you would be standing there anyway if you were hand pumping

It should serve you well for filling guns, few minutes vs 15+ heck yeah !

Thanks, that’s what I’m thinking, James! Since I’ve started this venture, I didn’t mind hand pumping. It actually felt good for my back problems. I realized that hand pumping took about 125 pumps to bring her back up after shooting 3 mags- 30 shots worth. But, I also figured I could continue to shoot with a rested heart rate and save the push-ups for after I’m done shooting.

Ordered some pellets last night with some Arturo Fuentes.

The diana ems and the 48s like the 4,50 ftts. I've noticed folks here calling out the 4.52s as the go to pellets for their 48s. It's been a while since pitting them head to head in a challenge here. The 4.50s do well and won in the past so stickin with ihem, but might redo the head to head challenge sometime.

Also ordered baracudas. The Akela does not load the baracuda h7nters well and the price of crosman 10.5s has gotten high for my taste. I read a post here from someone whose Akela did not load the hunters or hunter extremes well, but did fine with the baracudas sp fingers crossed, giving them a try. I can get them from my usual pellet distributor, so that would also simplify my heavuer pellet ordering,

I guess I'm working on project PP800r now that the regulator is close to max for one mag.
Ordered longer valve stem and 4.0mm TP from TR Robb. Should arrive in March from across the pond just as Squirrel season ends here in Georgia....

My 3-9x40 Tasco AIR arrived a little while ago, just deciding on which rifle to mount it on. I was going to put it on my Diana 350 but it's shppting so well I hate to disturb anything. I think it's going on the R9👍
