Got an email from PA about 70% off some RWS R10 wadcutter pistol pellets. At $5 per tin of 500 I figured I'd grab a couple to try in the daisy 1910.It's not the most powerful little rifle and I'm hoping these lightweight wadcutters could be a reliable choice for it, the 7.9gr CPHP'S only fire probably 90-95% of the time.

I ordered 8 tins. $42.85 with tax and delivered. That's $5.36 a tin. I can't even buy the cheap stuff available here with tax added for that cheap. Yay!

Hoosier Momma, as sick as she is with this Covid &^^&, knew I had a bad day at work and went out to her car and came in and said..."Close your eyes and hold out your hands... I got your birthday present 2 weeks ago but might as well give it to you early"... Drum roll....I opened my eyes to find an Airgun box in my arms!!!! We like gag gifts and here is the clincher...It is a Daisy "Christmas Wish" Red Rider 1938B Ralphy edition.... Complete with a compass and sundial. You see, she knows how I love the movie "A Christmas Story" as I have been watching it every season for over 20 years. I even have a "leg lamp"..… When I opened my eyes we both burst out in laughter until we cried!!! In 50 years of airgunning... This is my first BB gun. Tonight I loaded it with 50 ish BB's from a 760 refurb for a Buddy. I then tested it a 10 feet into my backstop.Best $28 ever sent!!!Too much FUN!!!This will be PERFECT for teaching the young Grand-Kids to shoot. The "fun factor" plus the sentiment from my wife, means the world... and the box will be Christmas decor.
