A comparison to the HW95 question??

Just put my spare factory 50S spring in my 95. Averaged 820 with JSB Express for 11.75 fpe. What a fantastic gun now.

That sounds great! Are the springs the same diameter?  I wonder what a 95 spring would do in a HW50.

Hmmm, I just found something interesting, do any of you have a HW95K ? It's a shortened HW95, so the length is about the same as the 50s, and it's 7.1 lbs compared to 6.8 of the 50s. So only about 5 ounces heavier.
What i like about the 95 is that it comes in .20, which is my fav caliber between 10-15 fpe.
Darn it, I was 60/40, but now i'm 50/50  :-/

I doubt the 95 spring will fit. My stock 95/77 springs are 290mm and the 50/57 are 250mm. That's almost 1.6 inches longer. Virtually the same spring with 4 less coils on the 50.

Where have you found this. As far as I know the 95 has always been a "K" but unlike the 80K, and 85K there is no longer barreled 95 to need to add the K designator to differentiate between them.

Just google "weihrauch hw95k". These 2 are British websites, so I bet the model is not imported to the USA. But AoA told me a few months ago they can special order from Weihrauch.

You brought it up first, just buy both.
