Marking this for later. I rarely look at Mike's accessories tab. I've always been satisfied with every purchase from Mike.

That is the receiver  crest on my Israeli Mauser and it is also the Israeli Defense Force emblem. Even though I am not Jewish I have an affinity for Israel and have always loved the logo, Roman short sword and Olive branch, in other words we can have war or peace you decide.

Back on topic I spent a little quality time with my springer and new Rex scope. Very pleased with my purchase. I had a little trouble right off the bat, POI was wandering around a bit. Than I discovered that my scope mounts had loosened up. I guess I did not take into account the recoil when I mounted it. Got a screwdriver on the mount bolts and snugged her down good. Now I am producing very nice groups, all holes touching each other. I was only shooting at 15 yards, I will spin my pellet trap around tomorrow so I can shoot at the full length of my yard. That's 25 yards, weather is iffy tomorrow so it might be a day or two....who knows.
