I am glad I did not get the R1 first

I have a couple nice rifles and I am very happy I did not get the R1 first. Reason being it would have been a let down. Do not get me wrong, I love all my rifles (even my CZ 631). It is just the fact the R1 is becoming my favorite rifle. The other rifles have their place. I love the stock and accuracy of my R11, the TX200 was my first spring piston quality rifle, my FWB sport has a feel about it that I can not explain. The R1 on the other hand is 10 years older than my daughter 20 years younger than my wife, and doesn't complain as much as either of them.

I miss my rifle!!!!

Do not worry my friend, I have had a lot of guns come and go, but this one will stay with me. If I ever find a Beeman San Rafael and I have the cash she too will be in my collection. If I learned anything it is I actually think I prefer the older Beeman/HW guns more.

Nothing like taking a dog in and giving it a loving home. We have a mutt that we took because no one wanted him. He is now a part of the family.

My dog is half Great Pyrenees half Black Lab, we see her parents running around the neighborhood. It is a shame that people have puppies and do not take care of them and do not worry about spaying or neutering. They offer it free for up to 2 dogs and 2 cats in my county.
